Terms and Conditions of Sale

• A lesson hour lasts 55 minutes.
• Ski pass and equipment are not included in the lesson: participants must bring their own.
• Private and group lessons take place in all weather conditions. If the lifts are closed, lessons are not refunded but rescheduled.
• People who want to take lessons together must have the same technical level; otherwise no refunds are given.
• Morning lessons carry a surcharge and have limited availability.
• If a group course does not reach the minimum number of participants, its hours may be reduced or the course may not start.
• Courses start on the dates and times set by the school office. Joining on other dates can only be arranged on site, directly at the office, subject to availability.

• Private lessons and group courses are paid in advance: online at least 3 days before the lessons start, or at our office by the evening before.
• Online payment is handled by the secure system of the booking platform: neither the website nor the school staff ever see your credit card number.

• Cancellation up to 3 days before the lessons start: the full amount is refunded, minus administration fees.
• Cancellation 1 or 2 days before the lessons start: no refund is given.
• Injury or illness: lessons are refunded on presentation of a medical certificate issued locally, minus administration fees.
• Serious cases documented by a medical certificate: the full amount is refunded, minus bank charges.
• Closed lifts: lessons are not refunded but rescheduled.
• Refunds are paid by bank transfer.

Insurance is entirely the responsibility of each participant. Third-party liability insurance is mandatory.

Ski schools are not amateur sports associations under Italian law (art. 90, paragraph 17 ff., Law 289/2002). For this reason, ski lessons for young people aged 5 to 18 do not qualify for the tax deduction under art. 15, paragraph 1, letter i-quinquies of Presidential Decree 917/86 (Italian Revenue Agency circular no. 34/E of 4 April 2008).
